Holders of WAEC/SSCE/NECO or GCE O Level with Five Credits (5) English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

Health Information Management (HIM) Diploma

Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry/Physics plus any one other subject.

Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW) Certificate

1 year

A candidate should possess Three Credit (3) WAEC or NECO in English Language Mathematics, Biology and any two passes from other subjects.

Community Health Extension Worker Re- training (RE- CHEW) Diploma

2 years

HOLDERS of JCHEW certificate with two year post qualification experience and Five Credits (5) in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry will be admitted directly to 200 level

National Diploma in Public Health (NDP)
